Orientation

To all incoming Novus students, kindly keep an eye on your email inbox for an orientation invitation schedule. You can expect to receive this information approximately one week before your course begins.

Expect a warm welcome from our staff and fellow students. Orientation is a chance to connect, make new friends, and become familiar with the Novus College community.

Don’t forget to bring the following documents to ensure that all your documents with us are up-to-date:

  • USI Number
  • Proof of Address
  • Overseas Health Insurance Coverage

This could also involve any violence, traffic accident, robbery at house or while commuting, incident at home, crisis mental situation, medical situation. During a fire, ambulance and police emergency, the Student MUST call Phone 000.

Student Services

We want everyone to excel in their studies. As a first step, please speak to your trainer and assessor if you require any support. Your trainer and assessor may refer you to another member of staff to further discuss your needs. If needed, we can develop a Student Support Plan for you.
